• 4,000 gallon reactor glass lined with condensate tank and overhead condenser
• 3,000 gallon stainless steel reactor, internal coils, Condensate tank and reflux condenser
• 3,000 gallon stainless steel reactor, internal coils, Condensate tank and reflux condenser

Utilities:

• 300 Tons of cooling towers combinations at a circulation rate of 840 gpm
• Two 40 HP natural gas fired steam boilers
• Water well with 50 gpm capacity
• Water softener system for 10 gpm with 6,000 gallon storage
• 6,000 gallon nitrogen tank piped to all reactors and storage tanks
• 30 HP air compressor
• 165 ton hot oil system

Storage capacity:

• Currently, twelve carbon steel raw product tanks at 8200 gallons
• 6 Poly tanks for finished goods
• Two stainless steel 8,200 gallon vessels
• Room for eight more 8,200 gallon storage tanks in the new tank farm
